Epic Change helps hopeful people in need share their stories to acquire resources that will improve their lives.
Our current project is the expansion of a primary school in Tanzania. The school's founder, Mama Lucy Kamptoni, used to sell chickens. She saved her income and, in 2003, used it to start a primary school near her home in Tanzania, believing that education is the key to transforming a country gripped by poverty. Now, hundreds of amazing children from local villages attend Mama Lucy’s school – aspiring doctors, teachers and astronauts – each of them inspired by her to change the world. Mama Lucy’s name is derived from a word that means “shine”. She does, and by purchasing Epic Change gifts, you’re investing in a scholarship fund for children in her village who otherwise wouldn't have access to a quality education, and helping to shine her light into the lives of even more children.
Every purchase you make at Epic Change represents an investment in the education and future of children, like Gideon, Pius, Glory, and many more who have the potential to change the world.
